Property project management
Renovation and exterior work can be daunting unless you know exactly what you're doing. Whether you want a property project to run seamlessly in your absence, or a running project is not going well, giving you endless worries, I can help you. Experienced in property project management, I'll make sure your plans are on track and stay that way, keeping you informed about every step.
Styling and design
Style is highly individual and that's why listening to you and looking carefully at your project are such an important part of my job. By working together we'll find the right solutions for you; for your lifestyle and most importantly for your budget. I will negotiate prices on your behalf, create interesting and innovative design features, seek out sometimes hard to find reclaimed building materials, antique and contemporary furniture, sanitary ware, lightings etc.
A first look
When I start a project, I first look at all existing elements to see what can be retained and either restored or re-styled. This means that I build on the integral character of your home. I will discuss with you all prices beforehand, to avoid misunderstandings or surprises.
